The original dev @beingRealFrank, was helping @shax_btc test token creation for @AgentNyla. Frank never sold any of his coins and has doxxed the 3 wallets he spread them across in the X Community.

This roadmap is intended to layout a plan for getting this coin bonded and building it into a premiere destination for all tokenized cats. Cat City is meant to be a uniter of all cat and cat coin enthusiasts.
